Good hotel in a quiet area. Nearby there is all the infrastructure: supermarkets, banks, transport, etc. 15 minutes walk to the city center. Value for money. Ideal for families and couples. 24 hour reception. Private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen where you can cooking and drink tea and coffee all time. Recently renovated and very clean. Breathtaking view of the whole Tbilisi from the terrace. Amazing and friendly personnel. The hotel managers are very friendly. Feels that this is a family hotel where traditions are honored and Georgian hospitality is provided. Our stay was very comfortable and cozy. I want to thank to hotel’s owner Levan and to administrators Irina and Larisa. These people love their job and their guests.

Don't let the low price discourage you, this place deserves much higher pay, nonetheless it costs what it costs Apartments are comfortable, the staff is exceptionally empathic, welcoming and kind On the second floor there is a terrace with one of the most beautiful views you'll ever see Reception is available 24/7, so don't be afraid to come here even at night, you are always welcome! I also had a personal problem, and though they didn't need to, the staff was very ready to help with what the can Overall, the experience is way above its price range, a gem of its kind

This is a nice hotel that belongs to a lovely family. You definitely can feel like home there. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Would definitely come back there again.

It's in a great location very close to the city center and it's dirt-cheap. Also the room had a workplace, which was a pleasant surprise.

The bed was broken, the room overall is a bit worn-out, but at least it's clean. It's an okay hotel for the price offered, but don't expect much of it.
