The location was good. The staff was helpful in every way they could.

There was only hot water in the bathroom faucets; there was no cold water. Breakfast wasn't an open buffet. When I went down to the dining room for breakfast, the staff brought plates of breakfast food from the kitchen. There was a spare bed folded in two places on the stairs. This could pose a risk in any fire or emergency evacuation because the stairs were not so wide. There was no other emergency evacuation staircase available.
