Beko’s garden Inn

We spent 3 wonderful days in that hotel. The thing which stroked me most that I didn't feel like in the hotel but at home. We were able to use dining room with all it's facilities all the time, spent evenings near shared fireplace. The hotel is freshly renovated and looks very cozy. Homemade Breakfast was wonderful and vary. We travelled with 4 years old son and big territory of the hotel was exactly what we needed to spend our time outside besides city viewing. Sauna is good and for affordable extra-price. Additional remark regarding friendly and supporting staff : any our request was fulfilled with no objections. Thank you!

It was a bit cold in the room but after 1 day we had used to it.

It was an amazing stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly, the lady host served home made breakfast every morning just for the three of us, even when we had to leave early for the bus station, she woke up earlier and made us delicious food, which we are very grateful for. ❤️ გმადლობთ ❤️ they also had the fireplace burning every evening in the lobby where we could just chill and chat. the rooms were very clean, with every necessity like shower gel, shampoo, even toothbrush and toothpaste, robes and slippers. The beds were comfortable and warm. Since we came in January, the nights were a little bit chilly, but the duvets on the beds saved the day 😊 if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk to the city centre, so I can’t recommend this place enough! 😊

Breakfast consisted of home baked bread, locally made marmelaide, cheeses, scrambled eggs, cachepuri and pancakes. Staff was very kind and helpful. Sauna and hot tub after skiing, was great. Highly recommend!

WiFi was decent. We went in winter so it was great to have a nice fireplace in the lobby area. Dora the dog was exceptionally friendly and cute! The room had a good view of the snowy mountains and inn grounds.

Overall, a passable stay, but we would not return. - Bathroom smelled of mildew. - Breakfast was a disappointment. it was very very basic, lacked hot foods (which is tough in winter), and lacked variety. Not quite what you would expect given the rating on Booking.com for their breakfast. - Room temperature was far too cold -- it was centrally controlled and evidently lowered on day 2 (presumably since we were the only guests in the inn for our 2nd and 3rd nights), but they raised it slightly after we requested it. - Inn is 1.5km from the town centre, which was a bit far in deep snow. - Service and hospitality was lacklustre. The staff were responsive, but did not offer much more information (or seem to know much) than the very basics, and didn't seem very prepared for snowy weather. Overall, didn't seem proactive or willing to go out of their way to assist. - Hot tub and sauna facilities looked nice, but at 170 GEL for a single session, seemed like a very expensive proposition, especially since other hotels in the area either allowed free access to staying guests or were at a much lower price. - Booking.com description of the inn noted that there was a fitness centre and a bar. The property did not seem to have either (or we were not told about it). Rooms were said to have a fridge, coffee machine, oven, and a desk. None of these were present in the rooms. Rooms were also said to have bathrooms with hot tubs, and every room was to have a laptop (which seemed strange). These were also not present.

Невероятно большая и уютная территория, тёплые комнаты, приветливый хозяин и просто волшебная баня (есть также открытая бочка). Нас постоянно встречала и провожала самая добрая и жизнерадостная собачка, таких давно не видела) Все было прекрасно!)
