Absolutely amazing view, lovely room design, very comfortable beds and sheets.

We paid 540 GEL in the beginning of January for two nights for the most "luxurious" room. The restaurant does not operate. "Breakfast available" is advertised but not available, no other food than crackers at the reception. Given the remote location and the fact that we did not arrive by car, that is unacceptable. The staff recommended us nearby fast food / local food restaurant to order from, about 15 minutes walk by the very busy highway... No coffee or tea is provided in the rooms, only empty kettles, sugar and cups. They gave us 2 bags of tea and told us that if we want anything, we should buy that. The windows are poorly sealed and let in a lot of cold air. The rooms are cold. In the smaller room, the air conditioning is extremely loud (if on = no sleep); in the larger room, it is not powerful enough to heat the space, so you need an extra electronic heater. So either one person doesn't sleep or the other one wakes up to the cold room. The smaller bathroom (and the whole room) smells strongly of sewage, and we were told this is "ok." There is also mold there. On the second day, there was still no running water till 12:00, then at night when serve at hotel was locked and we couldn't get in. Bell didn't work so we had to wait in freezing cold till somebody comes to open. When we got to the rooms - no hot water, only freezing water. They fixed that next day at 11:00 (1h before our check-out). 540 GEL for two nights is completely overpriced for the device that is actually offered. This amount is close to half of a monthly rent in Georgia, yet the basic services were missing.
