Excellent location but limited confort

Bad smell of sewer in the bathroom

Su situación es perfecta para recorrer el pueblo de Mestia. A 3 min de la plaza principal y de las torres. El desayuno muy abundante, no te lo llegas a terminar y todo delicioso. Eso sí, un café de cafetera no estaría mal, no solo soluble...

Después de llegar tras 6 horas de viaje, nos alojaron en las 2 únicas habitaciones que estaban en una zona separada del hotel y sin reformar. La cama en estado lamentable y por si fuera poco en frente de nuestra puerta dos obreros construyendo lo que será una terraza con un soplete y una bombona de gas. Es decir con olor a alquitrán quemado y con cierto riesgo con la bombona. Estuvieron hasta media noche liados. Fuimos a recepción a reclamar y solo nos cambiaron la primera noche a uno de nosotros ya que sólo tenían una habitación libre y a la siguiente a los otros. Creo que estás dos primeras habitaciones no están en condiciones de ofrecer a ningún cliente o al menos cambiar las camas y por otro lado, no hubiera estado mal alguna compensación por haber dormido en semejante habitación una de las noches y levantarse con dolor de espalda ya que creo que todos los clientes del hotel hemos pagado lo mismo.

A quaint boutique hotel in the heart of Mestia. The staff were so friendly and it felt like we were staying jn a family home. They allowed us to even use their kitchen to cook and even made us a special breakfast. The rooftop offered fantastic views of the mountains and ask for the room facing the back - you will be awarded with beautiful views of the watchtowers with the mountains.

There is no lift on site so if you are staying upstairs be prepared to carry your luggage. There were some construction work happening while we were there that we weren’t made aware of beforehand, but the staff were apologetic and the drilling happened mostly when we were out. No complains really just a great place to stay!
