The place was neat and all staff were friendly and understanding I had a good time there

The bed in the deluxe room were still normal size beds, I was expecting a queen or king size bed

it was exactly as advertised; rooms were comfortable and tidy. I was worried about the quality of the Wi-Fi but I was able to attend my online classes and my sister was able to tutor her students with no interruptions in the service. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Much thanks to Rachel for assisting with organizing an impromptu day tour for my group. Enjoyed the availability of a pool

The breakfast was ok, more variety needed. Location was not the best., was some distance away from the City but also the heavy traffic made it seem much worst.

Everything was brilliant and the staff were very friendly and professionl. I ordered a Spanish omelette for breakfast- it was well done and tasted great . Lots of positive changes since my last visit. They now have a small dining table for 2 in the room I booked and a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi. Standard seem to drop in most hotels I’ve been to, but not The Cabyn. I highly recommend this facility for all travelers and families.

Nice rooms, great to receive upgrade to 2 rooms with living room, (thank you), next time I will book that. Very friendly staff and provided what we needed. Good wifi. Good place to stay in Accra.
