The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we felt misled by the number of extra charges for basic services. For example, it costs €15 per person (even for children) just to access the hotel’s beach area, €6 to use a beach towel, and even an additional fee just to weigh your luggage. A late check-out of just one hour cost €20, and if we needed a few more hours, the hotel asked for €140. We also joined the buffet dinner (€20 per person) only 15 minutes before it ended, without being informed it was closing soon. Staff didn’t warn us, and we were still charged the full price. When we raised these concerns at reception, hoping the hotel might try to improve our experience, the receptionist was defensive, condescending, and even raised her voice at us. She offered no solution and showed no understanding of basic hospitality. Overall, while the facilities were decent, the hidden costs and poor customer service left us very disappointed.

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο δίπλα θα βρεις οτιδήποτε χρειάζεσαι από εστιατόρια μέχρι super markets. Η παραλία βρίσκεται μόλις λίγα βήματα από το δωμάτιο.

Η πισίνα στην οποία βρισκόταν απέναντι ακριβώς το δωμάτιο μας δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρή. Το βασικότερο όμως θέμα για εμάς ήταν ότι δεν μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την παραλία διότι η χρέωση του set για τις ξαπλώστρες ήταν 30€. Θεωρώ πως θα έπρεπε η χρήση της παραλίας τουλάχιστον να είναι δωρεάν για τους ενοίκους του καταλύματος!! Τέλος στην παραλία δεν υπάρχει ούτε εκατοστό να βάλεις δική σου ξαπλώστρα ή πετσέτα.

Bardzo ładny hotel położony tuż przy plaży. Czysty i nowocześnie urządzony pokój. Hotelowy bar z niepowtarzalną atmosferą i znakomitą hiszpańską-latynoską muzyką. Dobre śniadanie i kolacja - szczególne podziękowania dla Gorgos za miłą obsługę w restauracji, który dla stworzenia miłego klimatu puszczał hiszpańską muzykę, którą uwielbiamy! Polecam!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Nostos Boutique Hotel in Crete! The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, spotless, and very welcoming. The food was a real highlight – fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. I can highly recommend this hotel and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Це найгарніший готель в районі Балі. Дуже стильний дизайн та територія. Номер був з видом на море та басейн. Всього 2 басейни на території, поряд магазин та море, все що потрібно. Море чисте та прозоре, за пляжами слідкують та прибирають. Лежакі всі на Криті платні. Сніданки смачні та завжди були фрукти. Ще сподобалось, що немає москалів взагалі, це просто чудо якесь. Дякую готелю за незабутній відпочинок

La posizione è davvero molto comoda. Il mare è a due passi dall'hotel e la zona colazione e cena ha una meravigliosa vista mare. Hotel molto tranquillo nonostante la posizione centrale. Nelle vicinanze si trovano supermercati, negozi e locali vari. Ottimo anche come punto di partenza per le escursioni.

Il servizio di mezza pensione non ci ha convinto al 100% per l'offerta del cibo (molto ricco il buffet della colazione salata e meno quella dolce, l'offerta dei dolci a cena è da rivedere). Il personale, per quanto cortese, non è da hotel a 4 stelle (spesso ci portavano via i piatti mentre stavamo cenando e venivano a riscuotere il dovuto per le bibite prima che avessimo terminato la cena). Rivedrei anche la biancheria da bagno (più di una volta abbiamo ricevuto i teli doccia molto logori) e una saponetta in più per le mani sarebbe stata gradita.
