Location is stunning

Amazing view with the best sunsent you can ever see. The staff are the best. Super helpful, friendly, always there for what you need. We could not ask for more.

Maybe the aircon is a bit noisy, but we managed it.

WOW. What an unbelievably beautiful hotel in a beautiful spot with amazing views. The property was amazing, beautiful, different and a perfect place to stay in Santorini. The room was fantastic, the pool was a dream and a great spot to just cool down and chill after a busy day. We used it everyday and only had another couple use it once at the same time. Breakfast was brought to our room daily and we had it on our outside table each morning, absolutely lovely and plenty of food. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and couldn’t help enough, the manager though was extra helpful and delightful. This is a must stay if you want to go to Firostefani.

I cannot say enough!! I was obsessed with this property!! It was SO SO BEAUTIFUL and breathtaking and magical. I absolutely adored my accommodation, I got the deluxe suite with the indoor hot tub and it was so luxurious and relaxing. I felt like I was in my own private cave, kingdom, and when I came out of my room I was greeted with the most insane view that I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast out there every morning was truly an amazing blessing that I will never forget. I am so THANKFUL for my staff ❤️ thank you Chic Santorini for an unforgettable experience I will always cherish the memories.

There were just two things, but really they were both okay and not actually things I didn’t like but I will note. The hot tub took a really long time to warm up, I was a little confused at first worried it was broken but after getting their help a few times and understanding they don’t want it to be too hot because of the humid it worked and I was really happy! 😃 it can go hot you might just need to ask a couple times and keep in mind they will have to turn it off if you want it to be turned down, it does affect the temperature in the room but I was okay with air on. The only other thing was, is they rent out the perfect view for proposals, although this was a nice surprise and I was happy to see the happy couple’s engagements it was slightly a bummer for my last night for the space to be taken over like that and for the people to be in my space on the patio. I would have prepared a little more to enjoy those spaces and get my pictures and stuff if I had known that that was happening. So make sure you ask when you arrive if any of the nights they will be renting out the space.

The waterfall wasn’t on at the pool, but otherwise you know downside to this beautiful property!
