The friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The fantastic view of the caldera from every angle of the hotel.

Bathroom was abit dark.

THE VIEWS are the reason for this hotel. Location is excellent. Very clean. Very quite. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with the amazing view to enjoy each morning. I can highly recommend this is a lovely place to stay.

The weather for November was beautiful and warm. The air conditioning to the rooms had been turned off for the season. But the room was very warm due to the beautiful warmer weather. We had to leave the door open to keep the room cool. The bathroom was efficient, but the mirror was placed for a very short person to use.

"Lovely hotel with a magnificent view"

Best sunset view of the caldera. The view is spectacular. Cave room is charming. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Not easy to find when you arrive.
