The breakfast is delicious and well-prepared, surprising both in flavor and presentation. The view is stunning, perfect for relaxing and enjoying special moments. The room is comfortable, cozy, and spotlessly clean, providing peaceful nights of rest. And the service… impeccable! The entire team is attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated to making the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend it!

La vista

El baño tenia un olor muy desagradable y jacuzzi esta absolutamente sucio , lleno de cascaras negras grasosas y los bordes también llenos de grasa. La primera noche se encendio y cuando estaba dentro empeze a ver salir eso y flotaba en el agua. Debíamos esperar hasta que al dia siguiente lo desocuparan y limpiaran. A pesar que le enviaron las fotos al Gerente como constancia, no hubo ninguna consideración de su parte, teniendo en cuenta que pagamos una habitación de un valor considerable , incluyendo el jacuzzi el cual no pudimos usar, por una noche y parte del dia siguiente.

Hotel in stile cave house semplicemente strepitoso dotato di tutti i comfort con una vista stupenda sulla caldera. Ma come sempre la differenza la fanno le persone e in questo caso Helen e Vanessa sono state strepitose, accoglienti e disponibili. Non lo dimenticherò! ❤️
