Bugs in the villa , not clean Did not accommodate our group of six …only had 4 dining rooms chairs and only 4 Pool chairs

The view is absolutely gorgeous from the villa. The pool and landscape are beautiful and it is a great oasis to come back after a busy day in Naoussa or at beach clubs. The staff was super nice and helpful. They gave us really good recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs. The staff was also incredibly responsive.

The villa and property has everything to be perfect but we ran into a lot of small issues. The main one was the bad wifi. They tried to fix it a few times but we never got it to work properly. The washing machine flooded. They did the laundry for us and were very prompt to fix it. The door handle fell off our bedroom and they promptly fixed it too. The kids wanted to swim at night but our pool wasn’t lit up (all the others were and we were told it should light up automatically when we asked - it didn’t). The other thing is that the master bedroom of our villa was in the main floor but the bathroom was very small compared to the larger bathrooms downstairs. Just good to know if you are expecting a larger master suite. The staff was very kind, responsive and apologetic but it was a lot of little things gone wrong for a high end property.

A bit far from Naousa.

The 2 main bedrooms have great views and the outdoor area was super nice. The beds were comfortable all the bedrooms had AC. They also provided us with pool towels. The staff was responsive and they assisted properly. They also assisted us by storing our fridge with groceries prior to our arrival.

The villa was not well equipped. We booked it for 9 guests and we only had 4 sun-beds- despite the fact that I requested more BEFORE my arrival- Only 4 forks and 5 glasses.. etc They knew we would be 9 people, so the equipment should have been prepared accordingly, without me having to ask every time I discovered something was missing. Also, the upstairs balcony looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.

The views, comfort, and staff were second to none. New Villa w private pool and the best views bay below Naousa.

It is just a little off the main roads. I would recommend renting a car. But being off meant the fantastic views and accommodations.

An amazing experience—the villa had a breathtaking view, was spacious and spotless, with a charming private pool. The staff was exceptionally kind and always ready to help with any questions.

It would be helpful to have daily cleanups since the bathroom trash bins fill up quickly. Additionally, the WiFi was slow and only available in certain areas of the house.
