The breakfast was rather pricey

What we ordered was good, but it was pricey! A lot of other places breakfast is included in cost of rooms.

Quite large and very clean room. Very good location.

Very poor sound isolation between room and corridor.

-staff was great -beautiful location on the water -next door to a restaurant

-facilities were a little outdated/broken, but for the price and value we can’t really complain

This simple seafront hotel was an absolute bargain for an overnight stay in Selianitika in August. The rooms are simple, the shower rooms are basic Greek style, the location is perfect an there is an excellent seafood tavern within walking distance to the east. Access from the Patras-Athens motorway is easy. The hotel accepts dogs.

Nothing, as far as I'm concerned. Some people might find the hotel too casually-run (when we arrived, our keys were just waiting on the counter, labelled with my name); to me, that's part of the pleasure of being in Greece.

Location, staff, parking, village , everything blooming thing was great, will definitely go back.
