"Rude owner, guests not permitted to keep room keys with them when they leave hotel. Instead owner demands they stay out"

Central location to the port and elevator available in hotel.

Extremely rude owner and verbally combative. Wouldn’t allow guests to take room keys with them out of the hotel (illogical and unsafe). Cockroach in room. No screen on balcony doors. Musky smell in rooms.
