Credit Card and ID Presentation: Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder upon check-in at the hotel. Payments Over €500: According to the legislation (Law 3842/2010, paragraph 3 of Article 20), partial or full settlement of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is prohibited. All payments exceeding this amount must be made by credit or debit card or via bank transfer.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
