The manager was excellent, but lacked any supportive or skilled staff.

Only one competent member of staff. Other staff were dismissive, invisible, incompetent or offhand. Lack of knowledge demonstrated by staff Small menu - mainly freezer bites (whilst miles from anywhere decent to eat) Lack of attentiveness or attention to detail during our stay Cold breakfasts (which should have been warm!)

Marina and all the staff could not be kinder or more helpful! The amazing breakfast they serve on your private balcony was 10/10. A very quiet and peaceful property.

Nothing. It’s not close to shops or restaurants so I would recommend getting g a driver, car or ATV

"Super consigliato"

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le località principali come Fira, nel caso di spiagge Perissa e Kamari. Lungo la strada per raggiungere la struttura ci sono molti ristorantini buoni dove si può vedere il tramonto. Struttura nuova, moderna e super pulita. Camere molto grandi dotate di idromassaggio sul balcone con vista. Ottima colazione portata in camera o se si preferisce anche a bordo piscina, prenotazione super smart tramite QR code che vi forniranno al momento del check in insieme alla password del wi-fi a disposizione degli ospiti. Il personale è super accogliente e disponibile. Noi personalmente abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera alle 11 ma avevamo il volo alle 23, con super cordialità ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare la doccia in una stanza disponibile per la piscina e di sostare nella lovingroom fino a quando volevamo. Piscina molto grande e pulita accessibile tutto il giorno.
