The manager, Irini, was very nice and pleasant. The room was modern. The environment with the water and mountains is beautiful.

It's much smaller than it was portrayed. There was no chair for sitting; no tissues or paper towels; the soap in the bathroom for handwashing and showering were tiny. The shower is pretty much open so water gets everywhere. There is no space for toiletries. The beach water was ice cold, colder than ocean water in Maine, U.S.! We couldn't get past our knees. We came here to swim but we couldn't at all. It was also advertised as "golden sand" but in reality, it was pebbles and when you stepped onto it, your feet would sink. Very hard to walk on. Also, all the buildings are jammed together so there's no place to walk. In addition, the roads to get there from the port were treacherous, at best! We've been to many islands and we've never experienced such sharp, blind corners. There were places where only one car could fit yet it was a two car road! This made it very stressful and not possible to drive to other beaches.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer, vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen tollen Meerblick. Vor dem Haus stehen Liegen, die man auf der Rasenfläche nutzen kann. Es wird dafür ein extra Handtuch bereit gestellt. Alle zwei Tage gab es neue Handtücher und das Zimmer wurde geputzt. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet für einfaches Kochen (Salz hat allerdings gefehlt). Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, für die es jeden Morgen ausreichend Kapseln gab, super!! Frühstück besteht aus Milch, Saft, Eiern, Scheibenkäse, Brotscheiben, Joghurt, abgepacktem Honig/Nutella/Marmelade, Obst, Müsli und leckeren herzhaften Taschen. Für uns könnte es etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, also bspw ein anderer Käse oder Pancakes/Waffeln/Avocado/Rührei mit Feta/ etc. Für die meisten wird das Frühstück aber super sein, wir sind da nur vielleicht etwas anspruchsvoll. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Fön, ein Bügeleisen, einen Safe, eine Klimaanlage und einen Fernseher mit Netflix Funktion. Vor dem Haus kann man parken. Einen Supermarkt gibt es in 2 min Fußweg. Tolles griechisches Restaurant (Delfini) direkt neben der Unterkunft. Die Vermieterin ist super nett! Wir haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt :)

Right from the beginning, we were pleasantly surprised by the host, Irini, who managed to prepare the apartment for us much earlier than agreed and was incredibly accommodating. The apartment itself is excellently equipped – we didn’t miss anything, not even a dishwasher, as we didn’t plan on cooking but rather exploring the local cuisine. The apartment was clean, everything was new and of high quality. Breakfast was excellent, and we could always agree on what we wanted for the next day. The location of the accommodation is incredible. Our family apartment was situated on the ground floor, facing the garden, with a sea view. The beach was so close that we didn’t even need umbrellas – although they were, of course, available in the garden. The nearby restaurants are of high quality, with excellent staff and a great selection of dishes. The beach was practically empty and peaceful, and the sea was wonderfully clean. Simply an excellent place for a holiday.

The breakfast was exceptional and varied each day. Eirini was very helpful in everything we asked. Location was brilliant.views stunning.

Maybe a bannister on the steps up from the ground floor for older guests. Fab location if you are happy swimming in the sea which is wonderful.
