The location is amazing, right at the beachfront and the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. There is also possibility to have sunbeds and umbrella to carry on the beach for free, but you don't really need it as you can go to any of the Tavernas on the beach and get free sunbeds and umbrella just buying a drink (Blue Heaven absolutely recommended!).

The bathroom. In particular: - It is really small - The shower curtain does not avoid water to leak out of the shower - The window doesn't have a mosquitos net. - The toilet paper has to be thrown in the bin, NOT in the toilet (which is common in Corfù). We would always keep the toilet door closed not to have insect in the bedroom and the air conditioning (which is in the bedroom) would not cool it down making really uncomfortable to use the toilet at any time. There is an amazing net in the bedroom and the air conditioning works great, so I would suggest adding a net also at the bathroom window and installing an hard barrier around the shower. Also, I would suggest to empty the bin daily and not only when the room is cleaned (every 2.5 days) as it can become really unpleasant to have the toilet bin full for a few days.

The staff and owners are VERY kind and helpful which is always important. Big plus. The location right across the beach is a big plus too and also the fact that they provide beach chairs and sun umbrella. The room was outdated but comfortable, the beds were great and we really enjoyed having a balcony.

The shower is hand held only which makes it very hard to wash your hair, and of course water splashes everywhere too. Breakfast was ok, would have liked to see bananas, oranges and apples daily, not just one day. Would have been nice also to have fresh juice and not artificial (I’ve had this in other Corfu hotels of similar price). The hotel has no printer which made it hard to get covid printouts ahead of the flight, in the end it was solved but only last minute and at our second request. Finally, we heard shouting repeatedly from the owner’s apartment which woke us up from our nap, would be careful with that too :)

gracious hostess made us feel like family, tasty, generous breakfast, fabulous view of the peaceful bay. comfy pillows, we all slept well.

nothing. no surprises. everything was as advertised.
