"Bad"

Nothing was clean, there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived. Dirty bathroom old and the toilet was leaking from down. The room smelled very bad and it's not worth the money at all.

Location and price.

Very very very dated. The bathroom is a single room with a drain in the floor. Doable, but also a mess. The bedroom decor had an institutional aesthetic.
