Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult personalul, care ne-a informat despre numeroase excursii pe insulă și despre diverse obiective turistice pe care le-am putea vizita. Prezența piscinei a fost un adevărat plus, oferindu-ne posibilitatea de a ne relaxa după o zi lungă și plină de activități.

Singurul aspect mai puțin plăcut a fost micul dejun, care nu a fost foarte variat. Mă așteptam să existe mai multe opțiuni sau să se schimbe periodic meniul, pentru a oferi mai multă diversitate. De asemenea, cred că pe viitor ar fi plăcut să existe câteva boxe la piscină, pentru a crea o atmosferă mai animată și relaxantă.

We had a wonderful stay in Santorini! The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism, and really made us feel at home. One thing we truly appreciated was that they allowed us to check in very early, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This made a big difference for us after a long journey. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini! Thank you for this experience!

Che dire...Posto meraviglioso, ben curato e pulito. Il personale è gentile, preparato e parla anche italiano, inoltre ci hanno dato dei consigli e ci hanno fatto un piccolo programma giornaliero per visitare al meglio l'isola senza perdere nulla! Molto soddisfatta anche della posizione dell'hotel, in massimo 15/20 minuti si può raggiungere sia il nord sia il sud dell'isola. La colazione era abbondante e varia! Insomma, per quanto sono stata bene, prima o poi ci tornerò!

I dont like location, It's a very noisy place, right next to the road, and because of that and Room layout,

Le personnel était accueillant et serviable. La chambre était bien et propre. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner était très bon avec des produits de la région. Ils mettent également des linges à disposition pour la piscine. Ils ont également expliqué des activités et les ont organisés via des transferts de l’hôtel.

La machine à jus du petit déjeuner n’est pas la perfection. Les jus sont faits via l’eau et ça n’a pas le goût du jus qu’on attend mais plutôt de l’eau.
