The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the sea front.

We have visited the hotel on numerous occasions before and have always previously been so happy with everything. Sadly, our recent visit was so disappointing. The room smelt of damp and was not clean, the bed (very uncomfortable) had been changed and was clean but everything else seemed grubby and not attended to. There was lots of dust on the head board and around the skirting, stains on the wooden headboard, the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and was generally not well maintained. We have never complained about the hotel at all before but felt so let down with the standards this visit. So much so, that we may not return.

L'hôtel Excelsior est très bien situé en front de mer à Loutraki, la vue mer depuis les chambres est magnifique, les commerces au pied de l'hôtel, la plage (galets) à 100 mètres. Son personnel s'est montré très gentil et attentionné. Nous avons passé une nuit à Loutraki pour être à 1h de route de l'aéroport le lendemain.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillissant (décoration, mobilier, ...) mais reste tout à fait correct.

Excellent location, staff very helpful, good value for money

Maybe a bit of a renovation would upgrade the hotel, but nothing that makes your stay uncomfortable
