Hotel mit Potential nach oben. Das Konzept ist toll. Die Lage passt grundsätzlich auch gut. Bei der Technik gibts Aufholungsbedarf und auch beim Frühstück.

Wir hatten die Harmony Suite. Diese ist direkt vor dem Gehweg platziert jeder sieht rein. Was uns aber viel mehr störte war, dass unter uns die Küche ist. In der ersten Nacht haben dort Techniker bis 02:00 in der Früh gebohrt und geschraubt. Uns ist bewusst dass manche Probleme schnell behoben werden müssen. aber nicht auf Kosten des Schlafes. Dieser ist mir heilig. Als ich das der Rezeption meldete kam lediglich die Rückmeldung "Es tut ihnen Leid, das ist halt so auf Santorini bei alten Gebäuden". Als Hotelmanager kann man hier ruhig etwas anbieten als Kompensation. Ein kleiner Obstkorb oder so und die Sache ist gegessen. Die Dusche funktionierte nur zur Hälfte der Handschlauch war defekt. Ebenso war das Licht des Whirlpools defekt Frühstück hat verbesserungsbedarf. Das frische Obst wirkte nicht sehr frisch und das Frühstück wirkt sehr basic. Könnte etwas schöner angerichtet sein.

What a location! The best sunsets on the island! Far better than Oia with your own front row seat with no crowds and a stunning view of the caldera,its islands and the surrounding islands! The Pearl room was cozy but spacious enough for a couple ,spacious private terrace, right next to the pool. The sunloungers were always free and we nesrly always alone. The staff are so friendly and accommodating!

I went with a friend and we had two rooms. The view was great.

What an amazing stay! The location couldn’t have been better, and the rooms were absolutely fantastic—clean, comfortable, and so well cared for. Breakfast was delicious every morning and really set us up for the day. Huge shoutout to George for going above and beyond to help us plan our excursions and for being so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He truly made a difference! We loved every moment and would happily stay again!”

Loved everything

The hotel is very good. The hotel staff is very gentle! The breakfast was wonderful, and it was carried to the room. The jacuzzi in the suite was wonderful.

I had a problem with the clothes. I used the hotel's laundry service, and all my clothes were wet when I arrived in the room. Therefore, I had several problems drying my clothes. However, the hotel did not charge me for the laundry service.
