Above Blue Suites

Breakfast was good and everyday it was on time All the things were proper. I can suggest every customer should visit these property. I personally suggest everyone should visit these property.please don't miss these beautiful place.

It was a lovely villa which we were staying. View was awesome,Room were cleaned everyday. hygiene was maintaned Help desk was helpful No complaints. Expectional villa Everything was superb

Lo que no me gusto que la chica del dia no tenia como pasiencia nosotras no hablamos inglés pero ella lo sabía hablaba como una lora sin poder siquiera traducir lo que decia se le veia en la cara que no le gustaba tener esa pasiencia que tenia la chica de la noche ella se tomaba el tiempo de traducirnos explicarnos y muy amable simpática la que estaba en la mañana no era tan simpática con nosotras nosotros venimos al hotel por un amigo que se hospedó

La ubicación por su vista impresionante

El transporte a fira en bus es un poco demorado y toca tener muy en cuenta los horarios para poder aprovechar bien el tiempo

The view was amazing. The personal friendly

The pool in the room not outside in the room was terrible and the sleeping room was smelling like mushrooms. The bed was sticky. I was happy the night was over. The breakfast was terrible even you ordered on a paper what you like never again

The staff was so friendly. The location is good. The room is clean and comfy.

The hot tub is not really hot and it’s not so private.

Room size was big and spacious

I explored many options before booking and finally chose the Siren Suite Room because of its cozy balcony, hot tub, and beautiful sunset view. However, at the time of check-in, I was informed that my room had been upgraded to the Above Blue Villa. While the villa had three bedrooms and was spacious for two people—which initially made me happy—the outdoor area was disappointing. It was not clean, the stone surface around the hot tub was dirty, and the door lock wasn’t functioning properly. The view from the Above Blue Villa was not as appealing as the one I had originally booked. Additionally, the breakfast provided was not worth the price. I requested a room change, but my request was not considered. Overall, this experience did not feel like an upgrade and certainly wasn’t value for the money I spent.
