The location was good, but Nothing about the property

The bed was AWFUL. It was actually 2 beds pulled together and the 2 mattress were zipped together, the middle of the 2 beds went down in the middle, and he kept rolling towards the middle all night. He couldn't sleep at all!! He phoned the staff, and was told the manager would phone him back, but he didn't. He had absolutely NO sleep at all over the 3 days, and he was up from Belfast doing a job for 4 days on our house in Bray. This workman was totally exhausted, and was unable to finish all the work required fir us. So I will now have to ask him to come again to finish the house. I feel extremely let down by the hotel management, they didn't even return his call. It cost alot of money to stay there, and now alot of money is wasted, and will still have to be spent on his 2nd trip. We have call logs to the property when he called them, also photos of the AWFUL "bed" if that's what they call it.

Very noisey guests next door that were making noise late at night.

Die Zimmer zur Strasse hin (Hauptstrasse) sind laut. Alle Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
