İ didn't meet the hotel owner, because she had to go to her father's funeral. Sorry for her. Her friend was so helpful.

One thing İ didn't like; booking.com didn't send the money to the hotel and let her know they've already withdraw the total amount from my credit card a week ago. She was confused, İ was angry, because İ told the hotel not to withdraw from my credit card, we planned each of us were going to do the payment by cash when we arrived. Booking.com did want to get whole money on 19th and withdraw it. During my holiday they asked paperwork and it annoyed me. Better to contact with the hotel directly for our future trips.
