The staff were incredibly friendly and polite and very helpful. When problems arises they went out of their way to fix them.

There wasn’t really anything we liked but parking can be an issue as there is no onsite parking and the street outside the hotel can get busy.

Definitely one of the best holidays so far. Top location within few steps from bars, restaurants and shops. Beach just few minutes walk from the Hotel. Clean room with comfortable beds. Choice of food was great same as the drinks. Special thanks to guys from the pool-bar Leo, Andy and Julian (thanks for late checkout) we had great time. Leo is the soul of this place no doubt - we will see you soon anyway. Huge thanks to all very friendly and helpful stuff, waitresses were great. Overall experience 10/10 we really loved our stay!!! I can genuinely say that if you're looking for a vacation spot in Rhodes, look no further,. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I cannot express enough how fantastic my experience was. It was my partner's birthday and I had informed the staff before arriving, we got to Rhodes around 1am and were greeted with a 3 course dinner and flowers across our suite wishing my partner a happy birthday. The food was fantastic, please make sure you try the gyros (normally served around 4:30 - 6:30). The food was very varied, there was a Mexican night, Chinese night, Greek night and several others. Its an absolute steal for the price we paid! The staffs are the highlight of this hotel, you would be treated like royalty and have everything you need. Kolymbia itself is an amazing location which is right between Lindos and Rhodes. If you decide not to rent a car, the hotel is right in front of a bus stop which makes it easy to get around. Once again, massive thank you to the staffs and the hotel for a magical holiday

Location of the hotel, 5 minutes of walking you can find 2 nice beaches: first one small, sandy, near harbor, perfect for kids, second one the biggest beach in Kolymbia, half sand, half rocks. Regarding hotel, we have a pleasant stay. This hotel is about people, not the building and surrounding. Staff was extremely helpful during our stay. Hotel is clean, room service every day, with clean sheets and towels. Reception staff will help you with everything you need. Kitchen staff were great. We have small kid, so we were always leaving mess after dinner and they were so kind to secure our komfort. The food was simple, but tasty and fresh, perfect for children. If your looking for price performance stay with kids, we can strongly recommend this hotel.

The bar was quite loud, but most of the guests enjoyed this kind of service. We were looking for something else, but this kind of bar service look the same in every hotel. Good side for families is that they turn off the music at 11 pm.

A bit more shade on the baby pool would be great.

The staff was very nice, lovely and helpful. The food was really tasty all the time. Everything we needed was close. I think the best beach of Rhodes was the closest to the hotel although we visited 3-4 other beaches on the island. The Rodoscars car rental is just a block away from the hotel.

great hotel, particularly for families. great value for money, amazing staff, great location (10 mins walk to the beach with bars and shops round the corner)

the food was good especially for the price and there were lots of options but it’s ultimately cafeteria style food rather than restaurant quality
