Villa Renos Hotel

the location and views were amazing! the staff went above and beyond during our stay to ensure the best experience for us! definitely will be staying here again when we return to Santorini! cannot recommend Villa Renos Hotel enough 😍

Villa Renos was a small bourtique style with 9 rooms in total. This meant exceptional customer service and was delivered 1000%. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with accommodation and the view / position of the villa. Breakfast was a wonderful experience. Homemade plate of breakfast to your table freshly made each morning once you sit down along with other small buffet options. Felt like I was at "Nonna's" House. The staff were the extremely helpfull and friendly. Christos was such a caring and special person who really showed his commitment to providing excellent customer service in comfort.

The bed is soooooo comfortable, soft but with proper support. The view and location is amazing. Not too many steps to reception. There are flights of stairs to the room. King size bed. AC works like a champ. The staff are so nice and service is immediate, no waiting for anything. Breakfast was yummy on the deck. 24 hour front desk, which is not common. One of the best hotels in the area!

The hot water decreases during peak times. Never gets cold just not super hot.

1) The staff is very friendly, polite and accommodating. They offered us a free room upgrade which was a very generous gesture from the hotel. 2) The breakfast is very good as a quality and quantity . They serve delicious deserts with each breakfast ;) 3) The location is top par ! It is very close by walking to fira center which includes alots of shops and restaurants , it is about 5 minutes by walking to fira central bus station and is about 10 minutes by bus away from the airport and approximate about 15 minutes away from the ferry port. 4)The outdoor hot tub was warm enough to enjoy even in a relatively cold weather. 5) The view is spectacular. I was left speechless the first time I saw it and didn't get enough of it haha . It is so charming and a kind of things that one should see at least once in life time . 6) The hotel and facilities are very clean and the hotel is very well maintained.

Best view and very convenient to bus station, stores and food. Great staffs: very hospitable and welcoming. They help you move the luggages up and down the steep steps. Great breakfast: you have well prepared breakfast with great views. You even have a desert for the breakfast. Recommend

Facility is bit old though. We have a computer screen size TV. But if you have the sea view outside, you don’t really need the TV.
