Clean hotel close to Phaistos site.

Communication can be better about arrival and departure procedures. Our key was left in our door and no one was on property to greet us. We were not notified of this process and were a bit unsure until we finally got hold of someone via phone.

Very good bed Very clean Parking near to apartment. Good communication. Futhermore we forgot the charger and they send it to us after we ask about.

We have to clarify that we stay one day during the winter (off season) The apt was extremely cold. One air-condition in the living room for 65 sq.m. (High sealing) (2 bedrooms) it is less than efficient. we have to sleep with our jackets with open the middle doors and still we week up during the night from the cold. They have to provide at least an electric stove. The floor was extremly cold as well. We have to wear shoes to walk from the cold. Futhermore even if we make a late check in and it was off season we ask the host to stay a bit longer the next day and they give us only one hour... Come on the hotel was empty....

There was a very cozy atmosphere, and the apartment was really cute. Excellent choice for staying!

The family very helpful. Facilities spacious and perfect/ brilliant bathroom/ shower. Very safe solo female traveller. Access to The Monasty and Orphanage, brilliant Cretan Vibe cooking experience and Donkey Refuge. Son - Stavros credit to business and helping with any requirements. Makes the best Americano, family Taverna next to accommodations. Perfect

This apartment was a real little gem that is run by the owner of the downstairs café/restaurant. It is very comfortable and has good amenities. Although it is in the middle of the village, it is very quiet at nights. The owner was very accommodating and friendly and helped us promptly with any issues and questions. The pool was great to relax in and to meet other people staying at the resort.

The additional bed for our child was a bit hard.

Super location in a Kretan village near tavernas and kaphenion. Very comfortable and clean equipped apartment. Very attentive and freindly host. Raki on the table for wellcome. Small pool for refreshing. Perfectly located in the middle of the village; quite location despite close to restaurants and bars. We felt extremly well.

We just wanted a basic overnight stop while visiting Phaistos…. It fitted the bill perfectly.

Unfortunately it was Easter and the village tavernas closed …. So had to drive away for supper. But normally probably OK.
