Beautiful views, extremely cleanly, quaint comfortable feeling, amazing staff.

Amazing stuff- from manager to bell boy- very professional and friendly. Nice pool area , pool is heated, in October this is very important. High quality breakfast. And of course- fantastic view!

Everything was perfect. Just as an advice- if you are driving, take the road alongside the sea, not the one Google is trying to offer.

Staff were amazingly friendly, especially towards our baby. Location overlooking the bay was also lovely.

My wife ended up with over 60 mosquito bites on her legs, despite using plug in repellents. Every morning she would wake up with more. Thankfully we used a mosquito net for our baby and he was fine.

This place was beautiful, my friend and I used this to relax and unwind, we didn’t leave, spent the whole day swimming, the staff and facilities were exceptional I highly recommend.

The property has a great view as its situated on a hill overlooking the bay and it particularly stunning at night. We got upgraded to a room with a private pool that was lovely. Some of the staff like Kristian, Claudio and Sofia were great! Check in was a breeze with a welcome drink and snacks served by the pool. The pool area is the big selling point, heated pool with days beds and cabanas around with a great view. The restaurant was also pretty good for dinner.

For a luxury resort there were some issues. Firstly, the AC in the master bedroom of our suite was not working which is not ideal for a property of this level (they gave us a fan to use and offer to wave the fee of one way of of shuttle to the airport but still not great). Speaking of which, airport/port transfers are 40 euro per way, most resorts in this range offer complimentary shuttles as part of their rates so this was disappointing. There is some wear and tear in the bathrooms (peeling on doors and rust on the light fixtures). Also they were very inflexible with late checkout given our flight wasn't until 5pm - this was in October at the end of the seasons so very surprising - again something we have not had an issue with at other Greek resorts.

The hotel manager (Sofia if I remember correct) was very helpful and attentive. Facilities were excellent. Room (we received a free upgrade) had a nice view. They also helped us on airport transfer (with an additional payment). Overall it was a relaxing stay with a lot of positives.

Nothing major. May be the hotel was slightly off from the main attractions and you need a vehicle if you are planning on travelling back and forth. Best option is to rent an ATV which will be really helpful if you are to travel within the island (regardless of where you stay), which we did.
