Everything was excellent

The road needs improvement, otherwise it should be listed as having 50 meters of dirt road, this bothered me a bit because I hit the car from underneath twice.

quiet location but very far from any facilities super markets e.t.c. you definitely need a car to go around.

The pictures on the platform have nothing to do with the real picture of the accommodation which gave us a feeling of abandonment and fatigue with dried plants in the garden and rubbish in the flower beds. We booked a Studio with sea view, private patio, balcony and king size bed. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, did not have a sea view, the private patio was not private but was shared with the room next door and very dirty, there was no balcony, the bed was Queen size and not King size and the kitchen was full of ants. During our entire stay, the studio was never cleaned, during the 13 days of our stay and the bed sheets were never replaced. The pool chemicals were unstable causing white swimsuits & towels to turn yellow after coming into contact with the water and the on-site shower was not working. The owner Mr. Amir was very rude and abrupt and upon our arrival he demanded 90 euros for a "Greek Tax" directly and in cash without giving clear clarifications about which tax this amount is for. After contacting Booking, they confirmed that all taxes are paid. Three days after, mr. Amir knocked on the window door of our supposedly “private patio” which was the only entrance to the room and persisted asking for the 90 euros again. Being negative to his claim, his response was to claim a security deposit of 500 euros in cash when I denied to do so he asked us to take our things and leave. I told him that we have no objection as long as he reimburses us for the remaining days we would suppose to stay at his accommodation but his reply was negative. I would like to emphasie on the fact that the owners stay in the upper floor of the accomodation and they are around most of the time which is not necessarily pleasant having in mind, based on my experience, how rude mr. Amir was.

Beautiful property, beautiful people

It was perfect, comfortable and clean, had everything we needed in the villa and more. Amazing sea view from the villa, the pool, and access to the sea. Feels like out in nature with privacy, yet walking distance from a beautiful beach, nice mountain easy hiking with amazing view. We loves Vasiliki Port and sivota with Yana's yamy restaurant. We were very sad to leave, we will defenetly come back. Thank you Amir and Mila for a great service and contacts with the locals for activities

Great location, new and well done interior, lovely pool and friendly hosts! Thought we also had the use of the larger pool but that is apparently only for the main villa. Good access to Vasiliki and Sivota

Wasp nest in the house meant that we were bombarded by wasps when eating. Sadly, a government restriction on barbeques too so we couldn't use the grill outside but this was no fault of the hosts.

The house has a fantastic pool with great view. Its remote located what i liked, but can imagine if you have no 4x4 you will make remarks on booking review . As i had one for me it was great.

The room did absolutely not correspond to what is showed on the web-site. ofcourse that depends of the type of room you book. But as the price was rather high, you would expect a room with high standard. It was a simple room, with shower problems. The terrace was not cleaned. Kitchen without plates is a café without beer. Poor information at arrival, no manual for locker. The house is not easy to find, even with the info the house mails you in advance is not clear, Town is not spelled correctly and due to that your navigation will not find. When i arrived after 10 PM the first evening the fence was closed. No lighting was on, then to find out where and how the fence opens was a problem. (not for someone who knows the property) The second night no lighting at all in the garden, the studio had 6 steps down, something an owner remembers but not a tourist who is there 1 night. I made a terrible fall down, with serious impact for my 5 weeks journey in Greece. And this could have ended much worse. The following days there was lighting in the garden but even then i saw that the light at my studio was not working. So general conclusion: great place due to the absolutely fantastic location, but the management does not know how to run that kind of business. if you read the reviews of the property you see more that kind of remarks, only you can also read that the management does not seems to realize that customer service is important, surely with that kind of prices.
