"super clean, super close to the beach"

Everything was super clean and tidy. The owner of the place is trying to help whatever you need; they are kind and friendly. Also, it just 10 steps to the beach, super close.

this is not related to the hotel itself but rather city transportation. Normally, it takes around 30mins to reach the hotel from Heraklion city center but it took 1.5h plus you have to wait for the bus; in total it took more than 2h to reach. I advice to take a taxi. You may contact with the hotel, they are willing to help.
