My stay was excellent! The staff, the room, and the location were awesome!

Friendly staff, we arrived at the hotel at 7.30 in the morning, we were served coffee and until the break we were given a room to leave our luggage. Good breakfast, clean and stylish lobby with parking.

A perfect place in the old part of the city. Very clean and well furnished rooms. The stuff is so helpful and cooperative. The breakfast is excellent!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The mattress was worn out and sagged in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The room and bathroom were extremely small and cramped. The hotel is located on a busy main street, so traffic noise could be heard throughout the day and night. The room also had a strong unpleasant smell, which made the stay even less comfortable. The breakfast was poor, with limited and unappealing food options. The breakfast area did not seem very clean, and the overall presentation of the food was not inviting. In addition, the dining space was extremely cramped, with tables placed very close to the buffet counter, making it uncomfortable to eat while other guests were constantly passing by to get food. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. I would not choose to stay here again.

The bedroom was light and spacious with a view over the nearby buildings towards the lake. The coffee was the best I had for breakfast during 2 weeks in Greece. The recommended places to eat were excellent.

It is uphill (steep and lots of steps!) returning to the hotel from most restaurants and all the museums except the Byzantine museum. Unfortunately we are no longer young or fit - that is, of course, our fault and not the hotel's.

Zentrale Lage. Schöne gepflegte und moderne Zimmer. Einfach anzufahrende Hotelgarage (für Motorräder super). 2 Straßen tiefer nette Strandrestaurants.

De ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk. Bij ontvangst werden we gewezen op bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in de buurt die de moeite waar waren om te bekijken en te bezoeken. De kamer was heerlijk schoon met fris beddengoed en de bedden comfortabel. Ook de badkamer was schoon en met een goede stortdouche. Het ontbijt de volgende ochtend was meer dan fantastisch. Kleine knusse ontbijtruimte met heerlijke koffie en zalige dingetjes om uit te kiezen qua eten. Wij verbleven er maar 1 nachtje maar waren graag nog wat langer in dit hotel gebleven. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Kastoria boeken wij weer hetzelfde hotel.
