Hotel Hermes

Water on shower was cold (not even warm) on evenings. The use of A/C was extra charged.Wi-Fi was very weak so it was useless. They never cleaned the room on our 5days stay. Does not have any rooms with two single-size beds as claimed, only double-size bed rooms.

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich Zentral gelegen, jedoch würde ich wärmstens empfehlen einen Roller oder Auto zu mieten. Zu Fuß ist das schon ein großes Stück. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da wir das nicht bebucht haben. Wir waren immer in Lokalen direkt am Stand etwas essen. Zimmer selbst, sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Kein Luxus jedoch ok. Klimaanlage kostet 5€ pro Tag, was uns auf jeden Fall wert war. Die Dusche im Zimmer sowie die Toillete sind leider schlecht. Positionierung ist schlecht gewählt sodass man nirgends einen Platz hat. Aber sonst im großen und ganzen in Ordnung.

Badezimmer hätte ruhig etwas größer ausfallen können. Beim duschen hat man fast keinen Spielraum zum bewegen. Zimmerreinigung Fehlanzeige. In den 4 Nächten wurden unsere Zimmer kein einziges mal aufgeräumt. Echt schade.

La mattina hanno fatto i lavori con l'acqua su una strada vicina all'hotel. Quindi non c'era acqua potabile per potersi lavare mani denti ecc. Quando ho chiesto se si poteva avere dell'acqua hanno risposto che non potevano fare nulla, se volevi dell'acqua potevi comprartela al bar dell'hotel. Secondo me potevano regalare una bottiglietta ad ogni stanza visto l'imprevisto per venirci incontro. Poi il discorso di pagare 5 € per l'aria condizionata in camera, non l'avevo mai sentito.

Odadaki klima sesli çalışıyordu, her 30 saniyede bir "tak - tak" şeklinde bir sesle uyumak mümkün olmadı. Odada televizyon çalışmıyor, sorduk "anten bağlatmamışlar". Sifon çalışmıyordu, inceleyip musluğunu kapattıklarını anladık, sorunu kendimiz çözdük, en son ne zaman temizlenmişti kim bilir. Berbat bir kahvaltısı var, sundukları sınırlı çeşitteki ürünleri de tane tane gözünüzün içine bakarak büfeye koyuyorlar. Mesela iki kişi kahvaltıya indiniz, yarım bir domatesi ince ince doğrayıp büfedeki tabağa koyuyorlar, üç küp de beyaz peynir ve 7-8 adet zeytin ve sonra sizi izliyorlar. İnanın abartmıyorum, gerçekten öyle yapıyorlar. Çeşit zaten yok, gerisi ekmek ve kutu reçel, bal vs.'den ibaret. Yumurta bile sadece haşlanmış olarak var, en ucuz yerlerde bile bulunan bir tepsi çırpılmış yumurta (scrambled eggs) dahi koymamışlar. Çekinerek yiyip içebildik. Kahve ve çay için sıcak su makinesi yok, termostan alınıyor ve soğuk. Personel soğuk ve ilgisiz. Hiçbir konuda duyarlı değiller, bir sorumluluk hissetmiyorlar. Otel kaderine terk edilmiş, ucuz fiyata olduğu kadar olsun, gelen gelsin yeter gözüyle bakıyorlar...

Tesis ulaşılabilir yerde yolu kötü değil

Klima kumandası için ekstra 5 Euro ücret istediler. Otel özelliklerinde klima yazmasına rağmen resepsiyondaki kız ters bir şekilde 5 Euro vermezsek alamayacağımızı söyledi ayrıca odalardan ve yoldan çok gürültü geliyordu gece uyumakta zorluk çektik

Location was OK, close to the beach (walking distance). At Marmari (15-20 minutes walking) you have 3-4 nice restaurants + 1 place with cocktails that serve good food/drinks. 3-4 small villages near by (15-20 minutes by car).

Short version: dirty toilets (poop traces from previous years), pile of dirty toilet in a pool toilet, arrogant staff, paid AC/safebox. Long version: we arrived the midnight, reception was closed and no one around. Our key was on the desk (which was ok, not like we needed a small talk to check-in). When we came to the room, it was unbearable hot, we opened balcony door, all windows, but it didn't help. We couldn't find an AC remote control anywhere, staff was not there to help. We tried having some sleep, but this was not possible since it was 30C+ degrees in the room. Around 6am, after the sunrise, I went downstairs, still no staff was around, but I saw AC remotes behind the desk which I took because I wanted to give my wife and myself an hour or two of sleep. When we came back later, there was a lady behind the reception who said that we HAD NO RIGHT TO TAKE AC REMOTE and it was our fault that we arrived late (reception is 24hr on the booking website). Also she said they would not clean our toilet because the hotel was old. Toilets were dirty everywhere!!! I spent 3 days talking to Booking trying to get those toilets cleaned (staff at the hotel said that they won't clean toilet), but even Booking was not powerful enough to get the job done. Can you imagine - years of pooing traces in your toilet??? This was absolutely disgusting!!! And a final point - direct neighbour of the hotel is a farm, farm with donkeys and dozens of roosters. All of these animals start screaming 4-5 AM, if you have your balcony door opened, you're screwed. Even if you close the door, you can clearly hear ALL OF THE ANIMALS SCREAMING. Can you sleep after that - NO. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
