Lindos White Hotel & Suites

החדר עם הבריכה הפרטית היה פשוט חוויה! אחד הטובים שהיינו בהם אם לא הטוב ביותר! בריכה גדולה ומפנקת, חדר מרווח ומדויק, מכונת קפה ומיטה נוחה. בנוסף השירות במלון מצוין, אדיב ועושה הכל כדי להפוך את השהיה למיטבית! נתקלנו בבעיה מסוימת בחדר. הצוות בראשות מרי עשו כל מאמץ לפתור אותה ואכן פתרו. הוצע לנו אף פיצוי הוזמנו לארוחת ערב במסעדת המלון על חשבון הבית. השירות במלון לחלוטין יגרום לנו לחזור לשם!

האוכל באופן כללי גם בחדר האוכל וגם במסעדה היה סביר ולא יותר. בארוחת הבוקר לא היה מגוון כל כך ובזורה התחתונה סביר. המלון רחוק כשעה נסיעה משדה התעופה מה שמעמיד את מחיר המונית על כמעט 100 יורו. זה לא קשור למלון אבל צריך לקחת בחשבון.

We got a free room upgrade to an executive suite and it was amazing. Our room was great, and a great size. The views from the balcony were great.

It’s a bit further out of Lindos, but I think most nice hotels are. It was €14 each way for a taxi into Lindos.

Excellent selection of food at buffet.

The pool area was good and our room was a good size and very clean. The cable cart up to our rooms was cool and the view looking out was good. The food was lovely and it was easy to go all inclusive for one day which worked for us.

The hairdryer is our room was really bad wasn’t worth using at all. The entertainment team could have been more exciting to get people to join in. Activities didn’t always run around the pool which was a shame as we would have liked to play water polo whilst there. You had to pay for the safe which was annoying.

The hotel itself was fantastic. Two pools, two restaurants to eat at, in addition to the buffet, snacks available daily by the pools as well as crepes and ice creams The staff were very friendly, happy and helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Reception were always on hand to answer any queries, book taxies & provide local information. The rooms were spacious with extra comfortable beds and always clean. The restaurants offered buffet style food that changed cuisines daily, there's was always plenty of choice and the chefs were even happy to prepare things separately, like omelettes and plain dishes for fussy eaters. Anything you need help with in the rooms the hotel porter/maintainence were more than happy to come take a look at a minutes notice.

The only thing that let this hotel down was the location for us was a little quiet. That being said there were restaurants within walking distance, and accessible bus routes to Pefkos, Lindos and Rhodes town.

Friendliness of staff and cleanliness of hotel. Food quality was very good. Facilities were excellent. Only downside was the pool water , particularly those in the executive suites, were very cold.

The location of the hotel was good and our room was upgraded by the hotel staff to a sea view, we stayed on a b&b basis, with breakfast being plentiful, with many choices, albeit the same fair everyday, which was ok for 1 week but for any longer a little boring. The vicinity of the hotel has few restaurant choices and limited but adequate shops and supermarkets, which means it was not as busy as say Lindos town itself, but we found the area very agreeable none the less.

The hotel proposes itself as 4 star, which based on the room amenities it is not, for example bottled water was only supplied on our arrival day, no other, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (normally a sign of 4 star hotels) the room although cleaned well daily lacked a deep clean of areas dust collects, which was quite thick on some furnishings, such as on door frame tops and top of mirror edge in the bathroom. The rooms were showing their age with tarnished dull chrome-wear in the bathroom and had an outdated shower cubicle still with a shower curtain, better to make it a wet room style loosing the separate bath too, which was completely unused by us during our stay. Appreciating that everything worked well this comes down to the hotel competing with newer facilities nearby which may be more appealing to us next time we come to Lindos.
