Tolles neues Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Lage in der Bucht von Elia. Das Personal war super nett und bemüht und wir haben auch ein Upgrade bekommen. In der ersten September Woche war das Hotel auch nicht überfüllt und wirklich sehr erholsam. Auch der mit dem Auto in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichende Strand in Elia ist wunderschön und war nicht überlaufen!

Für uns war der Kaffee beim Frühstück etwas enttäuschend, weil dieser „nur“ von Nespresso war und aus keiner Siebträgermaschine kam.

מלון מהמם 8 סויטות עם בריכה פרטית על נוף מדהים! הצוות היה שירותי וכל מה שהיינו צריכים הם עזרו לנו. קצת רחוק מהעיר לכן צריך להשכיר רכב. לגמרי שווה את המקום המושלם הזה. בהחלט נחזור לשם שוב!!!!! נהננו מכל רגע.

אוכל נחמד לא מעבר ולא יותר מידי מבחר.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wünsche wurden direkt umgesetzt. Die kleinen Überraschungen waren sehr erfreulich.

Ehrlicherweise waren wir dauernd unterwegs und konnten nicht alles testen. Das was wir gesehen haben, war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

"Hotel con vista mozzafiato"

La vista è mozzafiato, avevamo prenotato la suite con piscina privata vista mare per una notte e al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto l’upgrade alla suite più grande con piscina anche riscaldata, che abbiamo immensamente apprezzato! Camera accogliente, letto comodissimo, bottiglia di vino con uva in omaggio in camera, personale sorridente e accomodante. Se torneremo a Mykonos sicuramente faremo nuovamente tappa in questo splendido hotel!

Rooms were clean Quiet location

We were quite disappointed with our stay here. It is definitely not the luxury experience promised and not worth the high cost (for reference we have stayed in another hotel in Mykonos for half the price and the service was much better). Most aspects of the room / our stay were just “fine” and we didn’t find the staff particularly friendly / accommodating. To give one specific example, on one occasion we ordered room service (just a single pizza) and after 45 minutes nothing had arrived. We called up to check in on it as we needed to head out shortly and they assured us it would be arriving at any moment. A few minutes later it did appear but with no apology for the delay and one half of the pizza was completely burnt and one half raw - completely inedible. Breakfast was also quite average.
