"Great location, friendly accommodating staff and daily room service."

The location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was serviced daily with fresh towels.

The bed was a little hard and the pillows for me were too big, puffy. But that’s just my preference.

"Absolutely perfect"

Location absolutely perfect with the best caldera views. Private bathtub with breakfast served in out terrace. All the staff excepcional but hands out to Marguerita because she was always ensuring everything was perfect .

Excellent service by Julieta and Margurite. Breakfast was excellent and the views were breathtaking; we walked to Fira along the coastline which was easy and so beautiful.

Avianto suites is perfect for everything Supermarkets Bars Restaurants all beside it. Staff are absolutely amazing go over and beyond. The views from the suite are spectacular. Would highly recommend Avianto suites to anyone thinking of going.

Margarita and julieta loveliest sisters . Loved the outstanding views. The room was nice and clean The hospitality was great Good breakfast given. We had free upgrades for hot tub so unlimited jacuzzi.

Overall excellent service. Nothing to complain
