Teatro Deluxe Rooms

We stayed for two nights towards the end of September. Demitrius is what makes this lovely small family run hotel. He is very helpful, friendly and customer service orientated. It was peaceful and quiet when we stayed. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is really good and very well presented. We really liked our stay and would come back again.

The host is very kind and makes all his efforts to make you feel welcome. I was given a big room (sort of upgrade) because of low season. I slept well. Room rather new and nice

Toilet a bit small. Shower curtain to be changed (dirty). Better cleaning recomended

Everything perfect! Nothing to complain

Beautiful little hotel in an amazing, peaceful location. Dimitris and his family are incredibly kind, generous and friendly and made us feel so welcome! They really went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time and had everything we needed. We ate dinner at the restaurant most nights and the food was so tasty and fresh and made with care- delicious! The views from the restaurant and bar which is right on the the beach make every meal even more special! The breakfast was also delicious and huge! The room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable- amazing view of the mountains and sea from the balcony too. We really enjoyed relaxing on the little pebble beach, the sea was lovely and clear and we had the whole beach to ourselves a lot of the time which was so nice. Overall this felt like a really special place and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much 😊

The towels could be newer

The most charming surprise after a long drive from igoumenitsa. A lovely shaded terrace on a small bay with a small jetty and fishing boats looking out to the bay. The water was clean as was the room which was amazing, spacious and felt luxurious. The owners were a delight they made us feel special very welcome and thought of everything without being too much. Nothing! There had just been a rain storm but staff and family were helping out cleaning and making sure everything was safe and back to order.

Best location near Patra. Beautiful staff & restaurant. Great value for money. Thanks Dimitri for the hospitality!

Close proximity to the main road and easy access. Nice beach bar/restaurant below the hotel. Reserved seabeds. Spacious fully renovated room with A/C and balcony that overlooks the gulf of Patra (north). Very friendly staff. Beach ideal for young children.

There is noise from the adjacent beach bars as the window casings are plastic and not very soundproof.

Everything was perfect, an ideal place to rest, a little piece of paradise.
