Nice swimming pool with sufficient beds, nice hotel staff

It is really outdated, only the entrance looked nice. The shower in the bathroom was poor. The beds are not comfortable. Lunch buffet had sufficient options however overall quality was poor. We had bad luck with as a few kids soccer teams were staying in the hotel as well and they kept running, shouting and slamming the doors until midnight and started with the same exercise at 07:00. Hotel staff was not able to put a stop to this. This is for sure not a 4 star hotel. I know that there are always folks that have lots of comments no matter in what kind of luxury hotel they stay, however this is the very first time I have provided this kind of negative feedback because I really feel this is valid feedback.

Breakfast was decent

• No hot water, complained but did not get fixed, other guests had the same issue. • Extremely dated rooms. Look like they haven’t been touched since the ‘70s. No sound insulation, you can hear the person next door sneezing. Water was pooling in the sink. Annoyingly loud mini fridge (not even a bottle of water provided). Joke of a tv. • Awful pool, old style with no overflow. • Smell of humidity or soil in the room (even though on the 4th floor). • Loud French tourists. The hotel is pretty much a 100% French all inclusive resort. • Unwilling to refund the second night of stay so we could move to a different hotel with actual hot water. • Hotel was late or did not reply at all to booking.com messages.

We liked that place has two pools, also small pool, breakfast and dinner were great.

It was a bit expensive to stay at the place and add meals for the family.

Good food, we also had dinner and enjoyed a different choice available from the buffet. Helpful staff.
