Staff is very friendly and helpful 😊 we offered a better room on arrival and we happily took it. The room was clean and equipped well enough for a few days stay.

There was a kettle and mugs in the room but no coffee or tea or even spoon i did not get the point for what then?

The staff contacted us in advance of arriving to arrange a collection direct from the airport. They greeted us when we arrived and gave us helpful directions around the area. They were very friendly and welcoming and when we checked out in the morning they arranged for a taxi to take us to the port and allowed us to keep our bags on site while we explored more of the town before leaving. Our room was the 4 bed economy room, which suited us perfectly since we were only there for the night. The room was clean, had a fridge to keep our water and drinks cool and a balcony to sit out and enjoy the evening. All in all, it was a wonderful stay at a great price with exceptional service

Ειχαμε παει 4αδα φιλοι και παρολο που καναμε λιγη «φασαρια» δεν μας ειπαν τιποτα, το ξενοδοχειο πανεμορφο, αρκετα ησυχο, ευγενικο προσωπικο, η ιδιοκτήτρια δεκτικη, φιλόξενη και καλος ανθρωπος μας ενημερωσε για τα τοπικα μαγαζια και εστιατορια, καθαρο δωματιο, τρομερη πισινα, εκπληκτική τοποθεσια μολις 5 απο το κεντρο. Η θεα απο το δωματιο 5 σοκ-.Τα λόγια περιττά θα το ξαναπροτιμησω και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα

La gérante a été très accueillante, toujours avec le sourire. L’hôtel est très bien placé, parking juste à proximité (très pratique pour notre location) le centre se Fira est à 15 min à pied! La piscine idéale pour nous rafraîchir. Le matériel proposé dans la chambre est sommaire, la salle d’eau petite mais nous le savions et recherchions plus un lieu pour dormir et proche du centre et à bon prix. Je recommande

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de la gérante et le fait de pouvoir laisser les bagages le dernier jour. L’hôtel est très bien placé car proche du centre de Fira et de la randonnée pour rejoindre Oïa. La chambre pour 4 personnes est très sommaire mais dispose de l’essentiel pour passer 1 ou 2 nuits. Elle dispose d’un petit réfrigérateur et d’une petite salle de bain. Il y’a également un petit balcon. La piscine est agréable pour se rafraîchir après une grosse journée avec forte chaleur.

L’absence de petit déjeuner mais nous le savions à la réservation.
