- 3km from pireaus port/10 minute taxi (€15 taxi) - Hotel is 1 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the boat taxi to pireaus - Hotel Staff were AMAZING! Super friendly, greeted us by name every day. Sat with us multiple times to help plan our holiday, George and Philip could not have been better hosts. This place is a really well run family business who want you to have the best stay with them.

- Breakfast was a little limited especially for vegans. It consisted mostly of breads and cheese with some cereal, but this may be normal cuisine in Greece - Aircon could have been better but wasn't the worst

Place is nicely located with great views. Recommended if u want to stay in parikia area. George is wonderful and very friendly

It was fine. The breakfast was uninspiring and the hotel was nearly 4 km away from everything. It is in a very hot location and could definitely use a pool.

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L'hôtel est bien entretenu et les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours et d'une propreté irréprochable. Prendre le petit-déjeuner le matin face à la mer, avec cette vue magnifique, était un moment fort agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est très simple, mais correct. Il faut toutefois y aller assez tôt, car lorsqu'il y a du monde, il n'y a plus grand choix. Le personnel est très serviable et Georges a été de très bon conseil pour les différentes visites, plages et restaurants sur l'île (ce qui n'a pas forcément été le même ressenti pour ma compagne).

L'hôtel est situé un peu loin du centre de Parikia (env. 3 km); il n'y a aucun restaurant à proximité de l'hôtel, qui sont tous situés au centre. Un moyen de transport est donc indispensable pour se déplacer. Contrairement aux informations sur Internet, l'hôtel n'est pas situé "sur la plage". Certes, il en est tout proche, mais il y a un club de plage/restaurant (Crios) entre les 2, qui passe de la musique assez forte durant toute la journée, ce qui n'était pas très agréable. De plus, l'hôtel ne dispose pas de transats/parasols sur la plage; il faut donc les louer au club de plage à un prix excessif (entre € 70 et 90) et ceci n'est pas indiqué dans le descriptif de l'hôtel. Pour cela, il est préférable de les louer un peu plus loin chez Pedro (€ 10), qui dispose également d'un petit restaurant. La connexion Internet de l'hôtel n'était pas optimale. Durant les 10 jours de notre séjour (weekend compris), nous avons eu droit au bruit continu du chantier à côté de l'hôtel (construction d'un complexe hôtelier), ce qui était assez désagréable.

The hotel is located right by a beautiful beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was amazing, especially George, who gave us great tips on local attractions and even helped us rent a car. His assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit. Highly recommend it!

Quiet and beautiful scenery. The room was lovely and comfortable. George was very attentive and helpful. He helped us rent a scooter after we arrived and offered excellent suggestions for sites to see on the island.

Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno erano attivi due cantieri edili nelle vicinanze della struttura che lavoravano tutto il giorno con molto rumore
