Europa Resort Hotel

The pool is amazing, the rooms with seaview are really nice, everything was clean, and the staff was very very nice, kind and welcoming. In particular, the staff was very professional and the hotel policies were generous when dealing with challenges: the hotel had made a mistake with our booking dates, and they resolved to upgrade our room and even threw in the all inclusive board on top. This was very professional and turned our original disappointment into a pleasant surprise and very enjoyable experience that exceeded our expectations.

They could put traditional music on the pool area- they had commercial music and electric music and it killed a bit the relaxing vibes we were looking for.

Вид из номера потрясающие !Чистота ,убиралась каждый день,единственное что полотенца не меняли ,надо было просить ,и то по несколько раз.Персонал отлично делали свою работу ,но к сожалению не все .Спасибо девушкам которые обслуживали в столовой ,очень милые и всегда пытались нам угодить во всем ,так же большое спасибо работникам клининга, убиралась каждый день. Еда была разнообраная ,всегда было что-то поесть вкусное, и мясо и рыба ,баранина ,салаты ,единственное завтраки слабые

Самый большой минус этогьтого отеля что нет пляжа ,до ближайшего пляжа минут 20 пешком.Также в баре возле бассейна по вечерам работал мужчина в возрасте седыми волосами ,который игнорировал обсолютно всех ,на просьбу налить 4 стакана колы со льдом он нам отказал ,спросил кому столько колы ,когда он видел что у нас была компания из четырёх человек , так же при нас он отказался налить алкоголь молодому человеку и за того что он не смог открыть бутылку с алкогольем .Также по виду видно что он любит выпивать,мерзкий тип .

The whole set up of the hotel is really nice. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday, this is for you. Exceptionally clean, lovely hard working staff. The pool area is large and well maintained. The food is fresh and something different every meal. A really good beer is served. The rooms are large with a lovely balcony overlooking the Aegean pelagos, beautiful never ending views of the sea. Would definitely come again for the peace and quiet.

There isn't a lift so anyone with mobility issues should request a lower floor, I was up the top which was great and really quiet. Don't like that the cleaner came knocking at 9 Bathroom a bit small but how long does anyone spend in there!

L'hôtel était parfait. Situé au calme, loin des grandes villes bruyantes. Parfait pour passer un peu de repos. Yannis nous a bien fait rire et nous a proposé une chambre au delà de nos attentes. Mathias, l'animateur a été top avec nous, dévoué à organiser des animations même en petit comité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre court séjour dans cet hôtel.

Bon buffet mais un manque de choix.
