La casa muy bonita y la ubicación muy buena

No servía el Jacuzzi, no dejaron mucho papel higiénico, la televisión pequeña y sin cable, piscina fría.

Schöner Innenhof. Unterkunft auf einem privat Abgesperrten Gelände - Toröffnung dauerte oft etwas länger.

Personal unfreundlich. Spricht nur Spanisch und versucht erst gar nicht irgendwie anders zu kommunizieren. Spa / Sauna unverschämter Preis pro Stunde. Frühstück war nur ein Joghurt. Alles weitere kostet extra. Hat leider das erste Erscheinungsbild von Guatemala getrübt. Das Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer, wie die gesamte Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Glück waren alle weiteren Unterkünfte im Land überaus positiv. Im gesamten sehr schlechtes Preiss-/Leisungsverhältnis.

el lugar es muy bueno, el personal es extremadamente amable, casi que te leen el pensamiento, y nos gusto mucho la comida, muy buena con buen sazón, el desayuno muy rico, si tu pides personalizar tu comida no ponen inconvenientes, estaban recibiendo unas fresas y les pedí que pusieran en mi ensalada y lo hicieron sin chistar, de veras que es un muy buen servicio, desde Rosario la Gerente y todo su personal, los chicos del Counter, el chef, todos lindas personas que te hacen sentir muy bien, y el lugar super tranquilo, en la noche cero ruido, de veras que se descansa del ruido de la ciudad.

la salchicha del desayuno no era muy rica, pero la cambie por tocino y todo super

This did not feel like a four star hotel. I arrived 30 mins before the 3pm check in and was told I would need to pay £15 for an early check in if I wanted to access my room - this would be understandable for hours earlier, but seemed unnecessary for a short time before. The room was then not clean (hair left over the room and bathroom dirty). For the price, it is not good value for money. However, the massage was great (not included in the stay) and the member of staff running the restaurant was really lovely.
