"Disappointing"

It is very cheap.

I am an avid traveler and Guatemala is def one of my favorite places in the world. That being said it was the poorest experience I have ever had in my life. Ground floor room near the entrance- staff and guests using the front door area (literally giving their back to my window) as smoking area; the NOISE is 24/7. In the evening it gets insane because of the night club next door. I had the less relaxing time ever. Staff voices woke me up at 6.25 am every day for 3 days I could hear everytjing about what they all were talking about. The staff is weird. I didn’t feel good. We were two sharing and we found only one towel. Asking for one we had only one small size. The beds were not very comfortable and clean. With only $20 more you can get a decent place in Flores.
