The hotel provides a kid friendly environment and a playground. The half board service is much appreciated, you don't have to bother searching for restaurants and the food is really tasty.

The sink was clogging during each usage.

The rooms with animal themes, the popcorn machines, the design of the hotel with the life tree in the middle, the excellent food. The direct access to the Zoo is a great bonus.
