The staff was very attentive and friendly, and it was clear they really care about their guests. The room was fantastic, it felt more like a 3-star hotel than anything else. It even had a sauna, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The parking was conveniently located right in front, which was really helpful. It would have been nice if some basic toiletries like shower gel and shampoo were provided, but that’s just a small thing. Overall, they made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of.

The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t work, and the room got quite warm. However, after opening the window for about 20 minutes, it became comfortable enough. One other suggestion is to improve the check-in process, as the system doesn't work very well,, so we had to provide a lot of extra details. But, honestly, that wasn’t a major issue. Overall, everything was perfect, just a few small recommendations.
