Staff doesn't speak english. You can see your neighbours from the 1st floor balconies (even in the room)

"Pleasant experience, perfect location"

Booking,checking in and out were quick and easy.The staff was friendly,polite and flexible.The food was excellent.

We couldn't enjoy the sauna because it would've been started for minimum 4 people and it was only the 2 of us. Somebody left mud and crumbles in the lift early morning and it stayed there all day.

location, staff friendliness and efficiency, building is well maintained

to sign a liability sheet for getting a TV remote control upon check in. the quality of the guest room carpet ( more of a office carpet ), the fact that there are twin beds only, low quality of mattress and pillow filling ( laid thru )
