Nelson Hotel

A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész, a szoba tiszta és kényelmes volt az ágy. A szaunát imádtam. Az étteremben finom és nagy adag ételek voltak.

A falak nagyon vékonyak voltak, felkeltünk a felettünk lévőkre. Gyenge volt a wifi és a csatornák 3/4-e nem jött be. A reggeli eléggé basic volt, mivel nem vagyunk nagyétkűek jobban jártunk volna, ha külön veszünk reggelit és nem a svédasztalosat választjuk.

Prima hotel, met parkeerplaats achter het hotel. Goed eten. Interessant museum over de streek, op loopafstand.

Grandiose Einrichtung, fast wie auf einem Schiff

I am very disappointed with this hotel. This was already my fourth stay here, but unfortunately the service has become much worse. First of all, before I was even checked into the room or given the key card, the staff were already asking for tips. I honestly do not understand why guests should be expected to give tips before they even receive any service. After finally getting the magnetic key card, the receptionist simply pointed upstairs without properly explaining anything or showing basic hospitality. When I entered the room, it was extremely hot and stuffy. I asked for the air conditioner remote control, but I was told that the air conditioner was not working. For a hotel room, especially in warm weather, this is unacceptable. Later in the evening, I went to the restaurant and ordered a piece of cake and a coffee. After waiting about 10 minutes, they brought only the coffee. I also asked for a glass of water, but nobody brought it. Around 15 minutes later, after I had already finished my coffee, they finally brought the cake. Unfortunately, the overall level of service in this hotel has seriously declined. The staff communication is poor, the organization is weak, and guests are treated without proper respect or attention. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone anymore. I strongly believe the management should reconsider the work of the administrator and invest in proper staff training, customer service, and professional communication with guests.
