De locatie en het personeel was geweldig

De badkamer was volledig buiten, en helaas regende het best veel tijdens ons verblijf wat soms onhandig was

A real nightmare. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the hotel’s location is far from ideal: to reach it, you have to walk through an alley with abandoned and rundown buildings, which feels unsafe, especially at night. This is something the property cannot fully control, but it is still worth mentioning. At first glance, the room looked nice and the outdoor bathroom was also pleasant, which is why we trusted the previous reviews. Unfortunately, once we opened the bed (the sheets were tucked in), we found a very unpleasant surprise underneath: the area under the bed had clearly never been cleaned, with a horrifying buildup of dirt, including worms, hair, liquids, and more. We immediately reported the issue to the staff. They told us they would arrange the cleaning. Given the severity of the situation and the unacceptable hygienic conditions, we did not feel comfortable staying. They told us they had sent a message to customer support to proceed with the refund, but that they had not received any feedback from them. However, today we were informed by customer support that the property has refused to issue the refund. Cleanliness and hygiene are essential and non-negotiable for any accommodation.

La ubicación, la buena onda del personal, hasta nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de lo estipulado. Nos recomendaron donde alquilar una moto eléctrica, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Lo súper recomiendo!

No tienen servicio de desayuno, pero hay miles de cafés, y hasta un supermercado súper cerca.
