The staff was responsive and helpful. Special mention for Ms. Rakhi at the reception, she was really concerned and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests.

Nothing apart from the location.

Poor amenities. Was only offered hand towels as they did not have any bath towels. The bathroom was unclean and malodorous. The breakfast spread was mediocre and below par. This is a banquet hall masquerading as a hotel. Avoid at all costs! EDIT: Was forced to write this seeing as the property had resorted to perpetuating falsehoods by insinuating that I had violently threatened the staff. This is an abject fabrication which can be further corroborated by my acquaintance who was present there. I was exasperated owing to their substandard service and was argumentative at checkout when they refused to redress my concern of missing basic linen during my overnight stay. Offering refreshments cannot salvage nonexistent hospitality standards, that’s just basic courtesy when you lack a proper in-house pantry. Instead of appraising and introspecting the ‘hotel’s’ maladies, you have conveniently shifted the blame to your guest who decided to take a chance with a nascent unrated property. Don’t brush your incompetence under the carpet by painting me in a pejorative light, it reflects poorly on your reputation.

The location is the biggest bonus. They have friendly staff from Rakhi at the front office to Jay Prakash and the security guards; everyone makes sure it's their responsibility to help you and assure you have a good time. As the place is new the rooms were clean and tastefully done. Mind you the rooms are big and well lit.

I wish they have more food options, as they have a ghost kitchen, most of the time food was not available from the menu.

Everything was above excellent than committed, the management was friendly and ambience was super excellent.
