The rooms don't look like on the photos. Everything is very dirty and smelly from cigarettes smoke. The bathroom was extremely dirty. The bedsheets and towels too. There was a whole in the window in the bathroom so all the pollution and cigarette smoke would stay inside the room and we didn't have away to take it out as the window in the room doesn't open. The breakfast was bad and we just didn't eat there. Even the tea was served in dirty cups so couldn't be drinkable. Nobody could speak English.

I booked a hotel through your platform yesterday and paid a confirmation amount of ₹396. However, upon arriving at the property, the receptionist informed me that they no longer accept online bookings as the hotel is now under new management. As my booking was not honored and I was unable to stay at the hotel, I kindly request that you initiate a refund of the confirmation amount at your earliest convenience. Please let me know if any further information is required.

Surprisingly good - wifi worked fine, ticks all the boxes.
