Hotel O Royal Residency

I am not staying this hotel booking.com and Oyo totally fraud this is not a hotel it's looking like ghost bangalow no lift no street light no safety for family 😡😡😡😡😡 I paid half money for advance but they are not return that cash beggers.

No safety for family I just went saw that outside area totally worst like undeveloped area so 3rd floor no lift no hotel board also never ever use this useless booking app very worst experience at night 2am that mid night am searching another best room and stayed with my family 😡😡😡

I was offered ₹712 for a single room through the app. When I went to check in, I was charged ₹1100 because they said it's their standard rate, and they can't change it to match the app's offer. I checked in around 6 p.m., but they will follow OYO's rules for check-out at 11 a.m. the next day. The room was not tidy and needed cleaning. They need the app booking, not the tariff according to the app.
